- Maintain a good relation with the marketing agencies/suppliers and evaluate their performance
- Create and select the best metrics to evaluate the events’ performance
- Own the communication of any event (pre and post)
Social media/online Management:
- Manage the social media performance and monitor the budget allocation for the best outcome
- Assess the performance of the social media agencies and create KPIs to drive their performance to the best
- Create the content for the on-line various platforms
Communication:
- Plan and implement the internal and external communication plan and oversee the production
- Build a good rapport with the tenants leveraging on their platforms
- Create different programs for the business community aiming for higher engagement
Strategy:
- Participate and implement the marketing strategy
- Utilize the resources efficiently to achieve the overall goal (Budget/People)
People management:
- Empower and delegate people for accountable results
