  • Maintain a good relation with the marketing agencies/suppliers and evaluate their performance
  • Create and select the best metrics to evaluate the events’ performance
  • Own the communication of any event (pre and post)

Social media/online Management:

  • Manage the social media performance and monitor the budget allocation for the best outcome
  • Assess the performance of the social media agencies and create KPIs to drive their performance to the best
  • Create the content for the on-line various platforms

Communication:

  • Plan and implement the internal and external communication plan and oversee the production
  • Build a good rapport with the tenants leveraging on their platforms
  • Create different programs for the business community aiming for higher engagement

Strategy:

  • Participate and implement the marketing strategy
  • Utilize the resources efficiently to achieve the overall goal (Budget/People)

People management:

  • Empower and delegate people for accountable results
